Q. Can I give my cleaner a key?

A. We at Dhaka Cleaing Services aim for your comfort and joy, while most people tend to be at home for their first cleaning, many repeat customers chose to either leave once the Cleaning Professional gets there or leave the key with us, yet please keep in mind that Dhaka Cleaning Services cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen keys, as we cannot guarantee that the same cleaning professional will be servicing your home (if they get sick or are unavailable)

Q. What if the Cleaner finishes early or needs more time?

A. Generally, our Cleaning Professionals do not finish early because the recommended time is based on the size of your home and the tasks you have requested, so they almost always have enough to do to keep them busy. However, in the event that you feel they have completed enough to meet your satisfaction, you may ask them to leave early. Please keep in mind that our minimum appointment time is 1 hour so the final charge will reflect this time, even if you ask your cleaner to leave earlier than that. If the Cleaning Professional has not completed all the tasks you’ve requested in the time allotted and needs more time, please call us at +971 55 8855 345. If the Cleaning Professional does not have another appointment, we can instruct them to stay additional time (at normal base rate charge per hour) or we can set up another appointment for you within 24-48 hours.

Q. What can I do if I’m not satisfied with my service?

A. Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with Dhaka Cleaning. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply inform the Customer Support team ( info@dhakacleaning.com / +971 55 8855 345 ) within 24 to 48 hours of your service and we will happily return to re-clean the specific areas that you are dissatisfied with.

Q. How safe is the information shared with Dhaka Cleaning Services

A. Your privacy and the safety of your information are extremely important to us. We will never sell, rent, or share your information. (name, telephone, email, address)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (MONTHLY CONTRACT)

Please be guided of the following Terms and Conditions that governs this contract:

1.  The contract is valid for 30 days only from the start of the first visit.

2.  Visit Schedule:

a.  We will provide one visit per week from Sundays to Thursdays at 8 am to 6 pm.

b.  Date and schedule of the succeeding visits will be based on the first visit but "Client" has the right to choose the date and time from Sundays to Thursdays between 8 am to 6 pm.

c.  Cancellation and re-scheduling must be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit else, the visit will be considered as "Done".

d.  All the visits must be consumed within 31 days else all the remaining visits will be forfeited and payment made is "Non-Refundable".
